Jascob Winston Foster is a philanthropist, stock trader and avid Chief Executive Officer.

Jacob Winston Foster studied at Grafton College of Management Sciences, he transferred to "The London School Of Business. 

He also spent time being hired by various establishments such as Booker's Wholesaler in Southfield's London, to gain experience in the processing of big weight known as tons and and pallets of stock and goods, and learnt how to sell produce in swift time andn in huge weight.

Jacob started of his career in music at the age of 13 years of age. Meeting producers in the areas of Malaber, studying the engineering side of the business. Yet still he was asked to sing and didvarious tracks with PRO studios.

Upon discussion to go to Anglia, he decided to Anglia, he decided to Master his skills in engineering and is one of the best music engineers in the entire world. To decipher the difference between music engineering and being a producer, he created Packa Beatz Entertainment  and attained qualifications, in the field of Cinematography and Media. He has more in store, so hold on for more exciting music and products from him.

After years of hard work in the United Kingdom, Jacob assumed that Trinidad and Tobago would have stable employment awaiting him and millions of others in the country. That was not the case, as someone who is actually aspiring and would like employment suitable to the level of education that he has , he realized that Trinidad transformed into a failed state, despite the spats with Jamaican/ Somalians nationals who actually started war on the street level against Trinidad and Tobago Citizens, to him, he would also like to know why , because the secrets of tourism once legal, stay the secrets of tourismconcerning the size of the countryand economic status, everything else must be open. 

Since he has been in Trinidad, he has been considered shot 13 times by an array of weapons including slug type arms, air guns and live rounds. He stays humble and mature. He continued to study and surpassed even Albert Einstein in attaining the most professional certifications in the entire world. Which now has him on the alumni of Yale and Harvard Universities, through Uniathena and Alison Courses U.K. 

So he hustled, buying and selling produce. So it came to his attention to start again , music engineering, where by, he created " Telephone Riddim by Packa Beatz, which made entrance into the French Billboard Charts. Jacob suffered years of abuse at the hands of people who where not fit to raise children, also he was kidnapped.
