Let’s start here: Cub Scouts are awesome. A program with an amazing history and tradition, Cub Scouting is a sure-fire way to get more involved with your child that puts the fun first and the "Have Fun Doing It" approach.

Pack 749 is part of the Wachovia District of the Old Hickory Council. We feel that our strength comes from our youth leaders, our active Scoutmaster and assistants, our effective Pack Committee, and the active participation of our parents.

Our charter organization is Ardmore United Methodist Church, which graciously allows us to utilize their property for our meetings and activities.

We have Pack meetings every week during the school year and camp-outs twice a year, along with a week-long summer camp experience that is usually the highlight of the year for most scouts. Our aim is to provide a varied program that meets the needs of our younger scouts while providing more challenging activities for our older scouts.
