The Pack Trainer's specific duties include:

• Conduct orientation of new families and pack leaders

• Ensure all leaders are up to date with training

• Conduct other training as designated by the district and/or council

• Ensure Safeguard Youth Training is completed by leaders and encourage all parents to complete the training

• Attend roundtable meetings

• Remain current with training material and program updates

• Attend Committee meetings
