The Aloha Council, Boy Scouts of America, in partnership with the University of Hawaiʻi – West Oʻahu, is proud to invite you and your family to one of the largest STEM celebrations in the state! This FREE public event brings together over 100 hands-on activities, workshops, exhibits, and live demonstrations for learners of all ages — from Kindergarten through 12th grade and beyond.

🎖️ All Scouts, Leaders, and Units: Please take note!
We will begin the day with a Parade of Flags and Opening Ceremony on the Parade Field to kick off this extraordinary day of exploration.
📍 Morning Highlights:
🚁 Helicopter Landings | Between 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM (Weather permitting – arrive early to witness this exciting start to the day!)
🏞️ All Scouts on Parade Field by 8:10 AM SHARP Wear your full Class A uniform Bring your troop/unit colors/flags 🎌 Parade of Flags | Begins promptly at 8:20 AM
🎤 Opening Ceremony | Immediately follows at 8:30 AM Let’s show our Scouting pride and unity by starting strong together — this moment sets the tone for the entire event and is a highlight for attendees, families, and special guests.
🔬 Explore, Learn & Have Fun – All Day! From 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, enjoy:
Interactive exhibits and STEM booths
Robotics, coding, sustainability, Hawaiian culture & career pathways
Live science demos, outdoor challenges, and guest speakers
Food vendors, giveaways, and family fun throughout the day
💡 Activities by Age Group:
🎒 Elementary (K–5): Creative crafts, science experiments, puppetry, and hands-on adventures designed just for little explorers.
🔭 Middle School (6–8): Dig into coding drones, mock archaeological digs, team-building games, and STEM discovery challenges.
🎓 High School (9–12): Explore careers in science and tech, attend expert panels, network with mentors, and dive into real-world problem solving.
