Develop and execute Merit Badge Counselor Recruitment Campaign to expand outside of current registered Troop leadership
Plan and execute a merit badge day for the Troop, open to district/council if space allows.

Train pack leaders on different inclusive methods to efficiently communicate pack meetings and events to the families.
Pack Committee Chair (PCC) handbook ( to ensure future PCC will give continuation and improvement to current efforts.)
Survey pack members (cubs and families) and use the results from both surveys for discussion and events planning during the Committee Annual Planning Meeting.

Create two knot tying boards that allow all knots to be done in one location
Create an incentive program for dens to participate in the program
Install incentive program for individual scouts to participate in the program. Have alternatives available for scouts with disabilities
Present the program at an Arrohattoc District roundtable meeting
