What do the scouts wear?
This is a Class A uniform event
2. When should be arrive?
This event starts at 2 pm in the Longhouse and the parking is a short walk away from the building. Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.
3. Will all the scouts cross the bridge?
Yes all the scouts will cross the bridge.
If your scout hasn't achieved their rank yet, they have until the end of the school year to complete the requirements. At the end of the school year, every scout will start working on the requirements for the next rank.
4. I have very specific food needs. Can I bring my own food?
Yes. Please plan to bring a cooler if it needs to be kept cold and it can be kept at your table.
5. What if I have to come late or leave early?
Please let your den leader know if you will not be staying for the entire event so that we know who to find in case of an emergency.
6. Can we bring extra adults (like grandparents)?
Even with just primary caregivers and siblings, we have close to 300 people attending. At this point, our venue can not accommodate additional people. We encourage you to take lots of pictures to share with your relatives. If a parent or older sibling is skilled with live-streaming, we would love for a volunteer to step forward to make that happen.
