Fees

When you register for the first time, you are asked to pay the national and council registration fees of $165 for the program year, plus a small administrative fee. You  can also choose to receive Scout Life magazine as well for an additional cost.  This national and council registration fee becomes due each year on your anniversary.

After joining, pack dues can be paid by cash or check to the Pack Treasurer. Currently, pack dues are set as follows,  and cover all activities for a full year after your scout joins:

• For new Lion Scouts, $100 pack dues ($265 total including national and council dues listed above)

• For all other new scouts, $200 pack dues ($365 total including national and council dues listed above)

• For all returning scouts, $200 pack dues (plus national and council dues of $165 total when your registration becomes due) 

Our pack does not participate in fundraising, popcorn sales, etc. so all of the activities for the year are funded through annual dues. Some of the activities sponsored by the pack throughout the year include:

• Overnight camp outs 1-2x per year. Meals and snacks are provided while at camp, and there are many activities also included. Equipment is not provided but can often be borrowed from another member if needed

• Rocket launch 

• Pinewood Derby

• Raingutter Regatta

• Bike Rodeo

• Community hikes

• Other activities - we strive to hold at least one event per month outside of the regularly scheduled pack and den meetings

• There may be some activities offered throughout the year at an additional cost for those interested
