Please reach out to the pack for the most updated list of events with time and location!
One of the most infamous events associated with Cub Scouting. Create your own Pinewood Derby race car (build for speed, creativity, or BOTH!) and race against others in your den for a day of fun.
Annual celebration of the birthday of Scouting held every February. Scouts who have Achieved Arrow of Light Rank (the highest achievement in Cub Scouting) are recognized and complete the bridging ceremony to recognize their transition over to the Troop and out of Cub Scouting.
The last Pack meeting of the program year before Summer! We recognize all ranks (Lion through Webelo) for their achievements, and they receive their current rank completion patches as well as neckerchiefs and neckerchief slide for the next rank year
Family Campouts are organized by the pack in the Fall and Spring each year to give families an opportunity to camp with their Scouts regardless of prior camping experience! We start on a Friday evening and break camp on Sunday morning, but families are welcome to come and go as they are able to join the meals and activities! (Any amount of time away from a screen is considered a success.)
In the past, the Bear Den (3rd Grade) held a Pack Carnival to complete one of their elective requirements. Now that requirement is no longer available, however we loved the tradition, so we are continuing to hold this annually and including a service project!
Our pack has participated in local parades to show support for Scouting, and as a recruitment opportunity. (The Scouts love the attention and throwing candy as well!)
Events like a monthly hiking club, Water Rocket Derby, Raingutter Regatta, and other Summer activities are events we'd love to plan for the future. However, in order to do this we need the most important resources of all- Volunteers!
If you have additional ideas for events or would like to help plan and execute these events, please let us know!
