COACHES ONLY CAN UPDATE RELAYS!
All relay events are timed finals. Single Gender Relays will be swum at the conclusion of finals on Friday and Sunday and at the end of preliminaries on Saturday. Relays will be seeded fast to slow. Relay only swimmers must be entered into the meet by July 8, 2026.
Relay entries submitted by the entry deadline must be updated by this form. Since no relay swimmers are entered in FastSwims, relay swimmer names in their proper order must be submitted. Substitutes can be made as long as the swimmer is in the correct age group, gender, and already entered in the meet. This can be done on the relay card all the way up to the event being swum and card is turned in to the timers. Relay only athletes must be entered on the relay only entry list prior to the meet entry deadline.
This form is also used for relay scratches.
Friday's 10-12, 11-12 and 13-14 200 Free Relays' deadline to check-in, and update swimmers on this form, is 10 A.M. on the day of the event. Finalized Relay cards can be picked up at the start of Finals warmup.
Saturday's 10&U, 11-12 and 13-14 200 Medley Relays deadline to check-in, and update swimmers on this form. Deadline is on Friday, July 17th, 30 minutes after start of final session. Finalized Relay cards can be picked up by 10 AM on Saturday.
Sunday's 11-12 and 13-14 400 Free Relays deadline to check-in, and update swimmers on this form. Deadline is to check-in, and update swimmers on this form is 10 AM. Finalized Relay cards can be picked up at the start of Finals warmup.
A confirmation email will be sent once the check-in/scratch has been received. Please save this email as proof of check-in/scratch and bring it to the administrative office if incorrectly scratched or seeded into the event.
FAILURE TO CHECK-IN OR UPDATE NAMES WILL RESULT IN RELAY TEAM BEING SEEDED AS IS. We will attempt to contact a coach for confirmation so please make sure a coach checks in with their contact information.
No deck entered relays will be allowed.
