Privacy Policy — Pacific Haul & Wash

Pacific Haul & Wash ("PHW," "we," "us") provides junk removal, cleanouts and pressure washing services in San Diego County, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request an estimate, including through our Facebook and Instagram pages and ad forms, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, you may give us: your name, phone number and email address; your preferred contact method and time; the service you need, your general location or ZIP code, and project details; and photos you choose to send us.
If you submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta Platforms, Inc. sends us the information you entered. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy).
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare estimates, and schedule and perform services; to communicate with you about your request or job by phone, text or email; to keep basic business records such as estimates, invoices and taxes; and to understand which of our ads and posts bring in requests, using aggregate counts only.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed. These may include Meta (Facebook/Instagram), where ad forms are submitted, and our email and phone providers, such as Google (Gmail).
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or tell us you'd prefer not to be contacted.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests that don't turn into jobs for about 12 months, then delete them. We keep customer job records as long as needed for business and tax purposes.
Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as limiting access to the people who need it and using password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Email phw.sdservices@gmail.com or call/text (619) 972-3798. We'll respond within a reasonable time. California residents may have additional rights under California law.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
