How PCCO Funds Are Used

PCCO is committed to putting the funds entrusted to us directly back into Pacific Crest students, staff, and our school community. Our 2026–27 budget is allocated across five areas:

36.5% — Student Programs & Activities

School dances, field trips, athletics and extracurricular opportunities, scholarships, and other programs that enrich the student experience.

32% — Grants & Educational Opportunities

Classroom and teacher grants, student-focused needs, educational opportunities, resources and materials, and staff training.

15% — School & Community Needs

School improvement projects and support for needs and opportunities that arise throughout the year.

15% — Staff Appreciation

Meals, appreciation events, birthday recognition, and other ways of celebrating and supporting our teachers and classified staff.

1.5% — Operating Costs

The basic costs required to operate PCCO, including banking, software, taxes, and administrative expenses.

Budget allocations represent planned spending for the 2026–27 school year and may be adjusted based on fundraising results and the evolving needs of Pacific Crest students, staff, and our school community.
