Smt Mona Doris started her career as a High School Teacher at St Urusulas Convent Kulasekharam , Marthandam and served in that capacity for nearly 30 years and retired as Headmistress from St Vincent Higher Secondary School Kaniyapuram. Her areas of interest are English and Public Speaking. She was an English teacher for nearly 5 years in St Ursulas Convent Kulasekharam and 20 years in St Marys Higher Secondary School Vettucaud.

Sri Surej J Puthuveettil has nearly 20 years of teaching experience in Management and Communication& Soft Skills. He also worked in a Management Institute of repute rendering MBA course in different streams in Thiruvananthapuram for 10 years and was engaged as Assistant Professor . He has Post graduation in three streams such as Personnel Management, Business Administration and Commerce; Also State Eligibility Test in Commerce.
