PaceForge is a smart round timer designed for boxing, MMA, HIIT, and conditioning training. The app is built to work offline, store data locally on your device, and does not require creating an account.
This Privacy Policy explains how PaceForge handles information when you use the app.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all users who install and use PaceForge from Google Play on Android devices.
3. Information We Collect
PaceForge does not collect or share any personally identifiable information.
The app stores the following data locally on your device using on-device storage (Hive):
User settings: theme (light/dark), sound volume/mute, full-screen mode preferences.
Session and preset configurations: rounds, rest intervals, prep times.
Training history & stats: total sessions, total rounds, total training time.
Session credits: remaining free credits and purchased credit status.
This data never leaves your device. We do not upload, sync, or transmit this data to any server.
4. Data You Provide Voluntarily

Your email address
Message content
Any attachments sent by you
This information is used only to respond to your support request.
5. Third-Party Services
In-app purchases: PaceForge uses Google Play Billing.
All payment processing is handled by Google. PaceForge does not receive or store your payment information.No Ads / No Tracking:
PaceForge does not include advertising, analytics tracking, or behavior-tracking SDKs.
6. Permissions and How They Are Used
Depending on your device, the app may request:
Audio/vibration: to play countdown and round transition sounds.
Keep screen awake / Fullscreen: to stay visible during training.
Internet access: only for Google Play Billing or verifying purchase status.
PaceForge does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files, or location.
7. Data Storage and Retention
All training data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you manually delete it or uninstall the app.
Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request.
8. Your Choices and Controls
You may:
Delete all app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in device settings.
Adjust sound, screen, and timer behavior within the app settings.
View and manage purchased items through Google Play purchase history.

9. Children’s Privacy
PaceForge is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children under applicable age laws (e.g., under 13).
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect data stored locally on your device and information exchanged through support emails. However, no system is completely secure; please protect your device with a password or biometric lock.
11. International Data Handling
We do not operate any external servers.
Email support messages may be processed according to your email provider’s data policies (e.g., Google).
