PA Keyboard

These Terms of Use govern your use of the PA Keyboard mobile application and keyboard extension, provided by PA Keyboard. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and your valid purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law permits it.
The App may be offered as a one-time paid download. The price shown by Apple App Store or Google Play, including applicable taxes, currency conversion, or local pricing, applies to your purchase. The intended base price may be US$0.99, but the final price is controlled and displayed by the applicable store.
Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds under their own terms and policies. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
The App may request access to the microphone, speech recognition, camera, or calendar when you choose features that require those permissions.
The keyboard extension may require keyboard access or Full Access settings. The App is intended to process keyboard content only when you explicitly use features such as text polishing, dictation, scanning, calculating, converting, or inserting a result.

The App may provide message suggestions, speech transcripts, scanned text, calculations, conversions, dates, or other generated results. These results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing all output before sending, publishing, or using it. Do not rely on the App as legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice.
Verify financial conversions, dates, calendar information, and scanned content independently.
You retain ownership of the templates, text, calendar information, and other content you provide to the App. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content.
You must not use the App to create, insert, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of another person’s privacy, infringing of intellectual-property rights, or intended to harm people or systems.
The App, including its software, interface, visual design, name, logos, text, and other materials provided by PA Keyboard, is owned by or licensed to PA Keyboard and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
The App depends on operating-system features and distribution platforms, including Apple services, Google services, speech-recognition services, and device hardware.
Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may change or become unavailable. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PA Keyboard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunities arising from the App or these Terms.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the App during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the App, or if continued operation is required for security, legal, or technical reasons.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are material, we will update the date above and provide notice in the App or through another appropriate channel where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where PA Keyboard is established, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
