This collection of cars – once aspirational status symbols that, when new, cost more than forty years of a worker’s salary – is an ironic allusion to the owners of expensive cars who enjoy displaying their wealth by driving them. Believing they have reached an existential goal or feeling superior to others, they end up being nothing more than servants of moving metal.
Each car is linked to a specific real estate project, highlighting the relationship between automotive fetish, economic investment and the construction of inhabited space.
(Being fully aware that the power of the cars a man drives is inversely proportional to his sexual power, we wish to state that we prefer to use bicycles…)

Current Porsche (on S.N.S. server):
944 Turbo 1986 – Milano registration
944 Turbo 1987 – Verona registration (used in this project)
944 Turbo 1988 USA – USA s.t.
944 Turbo S 1988 – UK registration B8 TBO (used in this performance)
944 S2 1989 cabriolet – Perugia registration
Each car is associated with a specific real estate project, acting both as a symbol and a critique of property and capital.
° Every car is associated to a real estate project.
(Knowing full well that the power of the cars that a man uses are inversely proportional to his sexual power, we point out that we prefer to use bicycles...)
Porsche previously owned:
924 1977 – sold to a PR from Rome
944 1986 – traded in for the 944 S 1987 (photos and video) by a Monza dealer)
944S 1987 (sold to an artist of Savona, later bought back by the Monza dealer and then exchanged for 944 S2 1989 cabriolet)
911I 1976 targa 2700 – sold to a real estate agent from Milan
These vehicles form the genealogy of the collection, a metallic family tree in constant transformation.
Other cars of interest or in shared use:
Lamborghini Diablo – a key object of interest for the Iconoclastic Collection
Mercedes CLK 208 cabrio 2000 – Milano registration, shared with Dr. Daniela B. since 2015, sold to Gianluca, a young chef from Rome, in 2022
These vehicles extend the discourse beyond the Porsche brand, keeping the same tension between status symbol, irony and social critique.
Collezione Iconoclasta

944 Turbo 1988 USA - s. t.
944 Turbo S 1988 GB - targata inglese B8 TBO
944 S21989 cabrio - targata Perugia
Porsche possedute in passato:
