We work best with modern gaming consoles but as long as can feed audio via HDMI or 3.5mm we will work.

Several factors could contribute to this issue:

Ensure all cables (HDMI, 3.5mm) are securely connected.
Confirm that the device is powered on and connected to a power source.
Verify that the device is configured correctly based on the user manual.
Check the selector switch on the device and ensure it is set to the correct input. 

If you're experiencing issues with scents, consider the following:

Confirm that the device is powered on and connected to a power source.
Check and secure all cables, including power and scent cartridges.
Verify that the selector switch on the device is set to the correct input.
Ensure that the device is connected to Wi-Fi for scent updates 

Open the app and look for indicators showing the status of the adapter or atomizer. A red or green dot will correspond to their status. 

Visit the app store and check for updates to the Gamescent app. If available, update to the latest version to access new features and improvements. 

In the app, click on the three dots, navigate to Settings, and select Check for Firmware update. Ensure that your device's firmware is on the most current version. If an update is available, follow the prompts to ensure optimal performance. 

If issues persist, refer to the comprehensive user manual included with your device or in the app. Additionally, you can contact GameScent tech support for personalized assistance.
