Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the P16 Doomsday mobile application (the "App") operated by Lovelynsti ("us," "we," or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the App.
1. In-App Purchases
The App is provided on a Freemium model. This means the App is free to download and use, but certain additional features or items may be available for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All payments for In-App Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Intellectual Property
The App, including its original code, graphics, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Lovelynsti and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Pakistan and foreign countries.
3. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lovelynsti, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
