I am an enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Engineer, with a specialization in Power Electronics technology (a field that converts, controls, and conditions electric power). I completed my Ph.D. in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), under the guidance Prof. Vinod John. I majorly work on switched-mode power converters, energy storage systems, and optimal power electronics for renewable energy applications.

[Aug'25] Defended PhD thesis titled "Design and Performance Optimization of Power Electronic Converters for Energy Storage Systems" on 14 August 2025.
[Jun'25] Visited the Pavagada Solar Park, a 2000MW large-scale solar PV power plant, located in Pavagada, Karnataka, with Prof. Mukul Chandorkar and Dr. D. Venkatramanan of IITB, and Prof. Gurunath Guralla of IISc Bangalore. The visit was organized by Prof. Gurunath and facilitated by Chief Manager, Dr. Ravi Shankar K, of Power Grid Corporation of India.
[May'25] Attended IEEE Energy Conversion Congress & Exposition (ECCE), Asia 2025, held in Bangalore.
[Feb'25] Joined as a Research Associate in the project Low and High capacity Li-ion battery-based energy storage systems, under Prof. Vinod John and Dr. Vishnu M. Iyer at PEG, IISc.

[Aug'24] Attended and presented a paper on Design Comparison and Investigations into Thermal Failure of High-frequency Transformers in Isolated DC-DC Converters at the IEEE International Communications Energy Conference (INTELEC) 2024, held in Bengaluru, India.
[Apr '24] Paper on Asymmetrical Phase-shifted Full-bridge Converters in Input-Parallel Output-parallel Configuration accepted in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.
[Apr'24] Presented Asymmetrical Converters in High Power Applications: An enhanced efficiency approach in 15th EECS Student Research Symposium 2024, IISc.
[Dec'23] Attended and presented two technical papers on Comparison of Per-unit models of Phase-shifted Full-bridge converter and Revisiting Numerical Integration Methods for Digital Implementation in Power Electronics Applications at IEEE National Power Electronics Conference (NPEC) 2023, held at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati, Assam, India.
