Resort Front Office

Make room reservations & registration duties for incoming guests. They essentially check guests in and out, track and report room statuses and rates. A Resort Front Desk Agent is also available to all guests who need to report a complaint or request a service.

Operation Hours: Daily from 6am - 10pm


Room Service 

An extensive, affordable menu of drinks and meals is available between 6:30 am and 10pm.

Please check the room service  menu. 

 

Housekeeping & Make up Room Service 

Housekeeping is responsible for the condition of guest rooms & public areas. 

Make-Up room service is available from 7am -11am and 3pm -9pm.  


Laundry Service 

Laundry services are available at a reasonable rate, on-site and handled with the utmost care and convenience.


Transfer Service & Day Trips 

We are pleased to help customize your itineraries for your group or party. Experience the vibrancy of the North’s sights and sounds. We invite you to discuss your needs with us.

Resort Generator 

Ensuring the comfort and satisfaction our guest, one way is to guarantee that we can always supply the service and power by an emergency backup power or generator for 24 hours daily.  


Souvenir Shop

This is the perfect and convenient place to buy gifts and souvenirs. Items range from fridge magnets to beverages, snacks, and other sundry items - all within reach.

Try the waves at the Surfing Capital of the North!  We are offering beginner and advanced   lessons for men, women and children, from our certified and advanced surfer which deliver the surfing experience of your life!
