Personal~Energy Management~Techniques

These techniques are designed to empower you to be more aware of your energetic body and to be able to care for yourself from an energetic standpoint.
Your Aura is the electro-magnetic field that surrounds your body. It can be close to your body, or expanded way, way out. If you are unaware of your aura, and it is expanded way way out, you may always feel as though people are “in your space”. Because we are conscious beings, we can imagine our auras, and draw them close to ourselves.
Imagine your aura.
Imagine drawing it in to your front body,
drawing it in to your back body,
drawing it in to you side body.
Draw your aura down to you head,
and up to you feet.
Now you are surrounded. Now you are protected.
If you think of your aura as a cape or a blanket, you will maybe be better able to imagine drawing it in. If you walk around dragging your aura carelessly behind you, you will feel stepped on, held back.
This simple technique of “pulling yourself together”, with practice, will help you have better boundaries, feel more “in charge” of yourself, and help you feel a lot less “scattered”.
