Password Assistant is provided by Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC.
Use of this service(Password Assistant), you(the User) are agreeing to the terms and conditions put forth in this Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement discontinue use of this service.
This is not a Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy that explains how we use and protect you personal data is located here.
Use of this service does not grant you any ownership of any part of this service. Any and all content contained in this service or anything associated with the service is the sole property of Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC. Any unauthorized use of logos, icons, images, the service name, developer name, or any other content contained in this service, without our written consent or where law prohibits these restrictions, will be a violation of these terms.
Use of this service does not grant ownership of the software or the source code contained in this service on any platform it is offered. The software and source code associated with the service are the sole property of Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC. Any attempt to duplicate, reverse engineer, extract, deobfuscate, or attempt to obtain the software any in way, without our written consent or where law prohibits these restrictions, is a violation of these terms.
Use of this service does not grant ownership of any legal statements or notices presented in any application, the Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Service. Any attempt to modify, remove, duplicate, or obscure will be a violation of these terms.
Data consists of any value or information stored in either the application or the database used by the application.
Data is stored on a database provided by a third party(Firebase by Google). Use of the database and the data may also be governed by their Terms of Service.
Use of this service grants you access and control of the data that is stored and saved under your account and your account only. Use of this service does not grant you access, or the ability to modify, any data saved to the database unless it belongs to the account owned by you. Any attempt to access or modify data saved under an account other then yours will be a violation of these terms.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC and Firebase will not be responsible for any losses or damages that come from lost, or compromised data.
Use of this served does not grant access to any account other then the account that is associated with the e-mail address or sign-in service you choose to use upon account creation. Any use of an e-mail or sign-in service that does not belong to you is a violation of these terms and may also be governed by the terms put forth by the e-mail provider or sign-in service you falsely used.
If at any point a user believes their account has been compromised, they must notify Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC of the potentially compromised account. Said account will then be deactivated by Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC upon proof of ownership of said account. The account in question will remain deactivated until it can sole control can be given back to the user, or upon the users request for reactivation. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from a compromised account, nor from the account becoming compromised.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to disable any accounts with suspicious behavior or believed to be in violation of these terms.
This service is authorized for use by you and can not be copied, distributed, leased, rented, or sold to any other individual(person, or company). This service is only authorized to be used through the applications provided by us, attempting to access this service through a third party is a violation of these terms. Downloading the service from a third party distribution service that has not been provided the service by us is a violation of these terms.
Do not misuse our service, this includes attempting to access any part of this service by any means other then the provided applications, any attempt to use, modify, copy, duplicate, distribute or use any other method other then the provided applications for use of any part of the service(Software, Intellectual Property, Legal Notices, and Data), any attempt to interfere or disrupt the functionality of this service, any unusual account activity(high amount of activity compared to other accounts, large amounts of changes to data stored on database), or any use that is not specified in these terms. Misuse of the service is a violation of these terms.
Storage of Data is facilitated through Firebase by Google.
The user has control over the data stored on the database. If at any point a user wishes to have their data and account removed from said database they must notify Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC who will remove the data upon verification of ownership of accounts.
Users have the ability to save, modify, and delete data saved under their account. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC nor Firebase will not be responsible for any data that is saved, modified, or deleted by the user whether intentionally or unintentionally.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC and Firebase will not be responsible for any losses or damages that come from saved, modified, or deleted data on the database.
This service is used to create password strings from user entered preferences(password, 4-digit code, password length, character type, and a modifier). Generated passwords are not stored on the device with the service or in the third-party database. While these generated passwords can be more secure then previously used passwords they are not promises nor guarantees for the safety and security of online data secured by a generated password. These passwords may become compromised through scams, third party data breaches, or hacking attacks. For a secure online presence more factors are involved then just passwords(sites visited, antivirus, avoiding scams, etc.). With use of this service you accept responsibility for your online security and agree that Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any losses, or damages that come from a corrupted password.
For full functionality of the service internet is required. We are not associated with any internet or mobile date provider. If there is an outage due to internet connectivity issues Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC is not responsible for any lost functionality during that time.
For full functionality a subscription must be active for an account. Subscription status is transferable across platforms.
Subscriptions are purchased as auto renewing. Failure to cancel a subscription that then auto renews will result in a payment being made.
Subscriptions are purchased through the distribution services that the service was downloaded through. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC has no part in the transaction process of these services thus is not responsible for any losses or damages that come from using these processes.
Any issue with payments through the distribution service must be brought up to that service and not Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC.
Subscriptions are available across all available platforms when active. However it is not guaranteed that the subscription can be purchased through all available distributors, nor should it be expected. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to start or discontinue the sale of subscriptions through distributors at their discretion. Not being able to purchase a subscription through a distributor that is not supported by Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC is not considered a failure to provide service.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to change the prices of subscriptions at any time, these changes do not entitle you to any refunds or credits for higher prices potentially paid for the service, nor can the changes be applied retroactively.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to apply sales or introductory prices on subscriptions. When the sale or introductory price expires all subscriptions will be charged at the regular price upon the next renewal period. Any subscriptions purchased outside of a sale or before introductory prices will not be given a refund or credit when a sale or introductory price is introduced.
Canceling a subscription will allow you to continue using the service for the rest of the duration of your active subscription, but upon renewal will be terminated. Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to receive a refund for your active period.
If a subscription is cancelled by you or by failure of payment through a distributor, access to subscription benefits will be terminated. The loss of benefits is not a failure to provide service and will not result in any compensation for issues arising from loss of benefits. Upon loss of benefits your data will remain stored in the database. However Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to delete any data on user accounts that are deemed to be no longer active. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any losses or damages associated with deleted data of no longer active accounts.
If your account is suspended/discontinued due to breach of these terms, there will be no refund/compensation for any previous or active subscriptions.
This service requires internet and may experience issues of connectivity, and functionality. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be required to compensate or refund for any loss of service that occurs, unless that time is of a substantial length. In any case Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any damages or losses that occur due to any loss of service.
Refunds will only be given for valid reasons such as an issue with functionality of the app. Refunds will not be given for not cancelling a subscription, or to subscriptions about to expire. However Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to handle each refund request independently and make decisions on a case by case basis.
Any violation of these terms may result in suspension/cancellation of service for the account associated with the violation with no compensation/refund for money spent for the service.
Any account that was in violation of these terms and had their account suspended/cancelled, will be denied access to this service unless evidence can be presented that they did not violate these terms.
This service can be used over multiple platforms and devices. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC makes no guarantee that this service will be able on every platform, nor that the service will have the same functionality, reliability, or availability on each platform that the service is available on. Applications for each platform may have different features, graphics, design, and functionality. All applications are presented in an "as-is" state and by using this service you accept that some features may not be available across all platforms the service is available, and that lack of features, different functionality or availability is not considered a failure to provide service. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to cease support of the service for any platform as stated in "Discontinuation of Services". At any point Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC may make the service available on additional platforms at their discretion. If a supported platform is not used by a user this does not entitle them to a reduced price on purchases. Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to change the functionality, design, graphics, availability, functions available on any platform, and will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from said changes.
At any point we may choose to discontinue services and updates to the service(Password Assistant) and its related applications. When this decision is made an announcement may be made to any of the following: the service and applications, through social media sites, or e-mails associated with accounts. After the announcement the service will continue to be updated and monitored by Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC for a minimum of 1 Year from the date of announcement. After 1 Year the service will keep displaying an announcement stating that the service is shutting down and at any point may be shut down. Any subscriptions purchased in between the announcement date and shut down date will not be refunded if the subscription continues past the shut down date.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to contact any user via the e-mail associated with said users account to convey any important announcements regarding the status of the service, any potential refund, for any issue addressed to Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC by said user, to determine if a user is active, any potential breach of the database, or if the user is suspended or under investigation for breach of these terms.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to suspend/ban any user for breach of these terms. Any account that becomes suspended/banned will remain so unless the user is able to produce evidence that no breach of these services occurred. Data of said account may be deleted no later then 1 Month following suspension/banning. In that 1 Month if the user brings forth evidence or there is any claim made against Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC, by said user, then accounts data will remain stored on the database until all claims are closed and a final decision is made regarding the evidence brought forth. Unless evidence shows no breach of terms occurred or the result of a claim states otherwise, account data may be deleted again following conclusion of investigation and claims. If action is not take by Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC this is not considered a forfeit of rights or a waiver for the breach of terms committed by the user, Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to take action at any point or time.
There is no warranty placed on this service(Password Assistant) for functionality or availability.
Other then the terms put forth in this terms of service, Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC makes no promises on the functionality, availability, reliability, or personal usefulness of Password Assistant. Password Assistant is provided "as-is".
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any losses of data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, where applicable by law.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any losses or damages that comes from a compromised password, or compromised account.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any losses or damages that comes from using the transaction methods of third party distribution services.
For any claim under these terms the total liability of Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC is the amount paid towards the service(Password Assistant), to the extent of the law.
In all cases Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC will not be responsible for any damages, or losses.
The laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, govern this agreement and any claim/dispute between you and Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC. Any claim/dispute may be brought before any federal or state court in the state of Georgia, by either party. Both parties agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts and and waive all jurisdictional, venue and inconvenient forum objections to those courts .
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves the right to modify any part of these terms. Any time a change is made changes will be marked in these terms and notifications will be made in the service. Changes will take effect 2 weeks(14 days) after modification of the terms, unless changes involve new functionality of the service or changes in the law, these changes will take effect immediately. If you do not agree to any changes made, please discontinue use of our service.
These terms do not create third party beneficiary rights between you and Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC.
If action is not taken immediately following a violation of these terms, this is not to be considered a forfeit of rights for Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC, and future actions can still be taken.
If any part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest of the terms are still applicable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Use of the service(Password Assistant) means you accept all of these terms.
Red Rock Bandit Studios LLC reserves any right not mentioned in these terms.
