This agreement is between you and Oxygen Calculation Tool (“the App”) and its developer, Joshua Savko (“the Developer”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the app immediately.

Acceptable Use

The App is intended to be a tool to aid medical professionals in the transport environment. The information provided by the App is not intended or implied to be a substitute for the user’s clinical judgment or other medical advice. Information provided by the App is for general information purposes only. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the included information, the Developer does not guarantee its accuracy and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy. Information provided by the App is subject to change without notice. The user uses the information provided at his/her own risk and is encouraged to always verify provided information. The Developer encourages user to always use clinical judgment, confirm information obtained from the App with other sources, such as standing orders or guidelines, and review information regarding any medical condition or treatment with a medical physician.

Intellection Property and Restrictions on Use

All Content included in the app is property of the Developer. “Content” includes, but is not limited to text, graphics, images, software, page layout and underlying code. By continuing to use the App you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright laws.

You may, for personal, non-commercial use only, access, view, use and display Content on your mobile device.

You may not reproduce, modify, copy, publicly display, transmit, distribute, or use for commercial purpose any Content without the written permission of the Developer.

You may not use this App while driving a vehicle or operating machinery.

You may not use this App to perform or while committing a crime of any jurisdiction in which the App is in use.

Privacy Policy

By using the App, you are agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy of the App, (located at https://sites.google.com/view/oxygen-calculation-tool/privac/home).

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that use of the App is at your sole risk. Neither the Developer and affiliates nor third party content providers (“covered parties) warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free. Nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the services or from the information or Content contained therein. In no event will covered parties be held liable for business losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings or contracts; loss or corruption of data, database, or software; death or bodily harm suffered while using the App.

General

By continuing to use the App you are agreeing that you have read and understand the Terms of Use.

The Developer reserves the right to alter the Terms of Use from time to time as needed. User is encouraged to frequently review the Terms of Use to ensure familiarity with the current version. Continued use of the App will be seen as acceptance of the latest version.

If any court or legal authority finds that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will, to the extent required, by deemed to be deleted. Validity of other provisions will not be affected.
