Our evaluation work includes supporting 40+ Community Schools across New Mexico, conducting hundreds of interviews and focus groups, and producing 20+ evaluation reports that have strengthened programs serving thousands of students and families. Through our partnership with MC2 Education, we contributed to one of the nation’s first statewide Community Schools Certification models—an effort now informing other states exploring quality standards. This pioneering work included analyzing statewide data, designing and refining certification tools, and identifying exemplar practices from schools across diverse contexts.

At Community Collaborations Consulting (CCC), we help teams build the clarity, confidence, and shared understanding needed to move complex work forward — whether they’re implementing Community Schools, strengthening cross‑sector partnerships, or launching new community‑driven initiatives.
Through our partnership with the National Education Association (NEA), our capacity‑building work has reached 15 states, 52 counties, and 75 districts, supporting educators, leaders, and community partners in deepening their practice and strengthening collaboration. This includes Community Schools teams, but also coalitions, nonprofits, and mission‑driven organizations working to improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.
CCC designs and facilitates learning experiences that are practical, responsive, and grounded in real implementation. Workshops, coaching, and collaborative sessions help teams build shared language, align around strategy, and translate ideas into action.
