Pool is currently OPEN

After June 29, Pool IDs will be issued by request only, subject to volunteer availability. To request an appointment, email the Pool Committee with your preferred dates/times.

Remember: no Pool ID,  no access!

 Do You Need to Attend an ID Session?

 ❌ Skip it if:

• You already have a valid Pool ID with no changes needed

• You don’t plan to use the pool this season

 ✔️ Attend if:

• You're a new resident or haven't used the pool in 10+ years

• You need to add or update residents, caregivers, or child access

 💼 What to Bring

• Completed Pool ID form (extras available on-site)

• Photo ID showing your Oxxford Hunt address (or utility bill + photo ID)

• Anyone age 10+ needing access (for photos)

No appointment needed — stop by anytime. The process takes about 10 minutes. If you have mobility needs, let us know in advance so we can assist you downstairs.

🏠 RENTERS! Pool IDs are not transferred from landlords. Your landlord must email Laura Moushegian at laura@omegamgmt.com to confirm your tenancy before your session. Without verification, we cannot issue a Pool ID.

GENERAL REMINDERS
• Pool Rules: Please review the Pool Rules, including policies on guests, parties, food/beverages, and prohibited behaviors (running, oversized floaties, etc.).
• Guest Policy: Each household may bring up to 5 guests. Residents must stay at the pool with their guests. Guests are free on weekdays (except holidays); Guest fees apply on weekends and holiday weekdays: $5/person, payable at check-in (cash only, exact change required). Children under 3 are free and don't count toward the guest limit.
• Swim Team & Pool Closures: Pool closes to residents at 4:30 PM when the Swampfoxxes have a meet. Check the Pool Calendar daily for practice times and early closure dates.
• Parking & Speed: Please slow down on Fallsworth Drive and in the parking lot — lots of walkers and cyclists, including kids. Park only in designated spots or along the road (not in medians). Note the one-way traffic flow in the lot.
• Staffing: Some days, particularly late summer, there may be an attendant on duty without a lifeguard. Check the Pool Calendar daily if this matters for unaccompanied minors.
• Other amenities (UAS, Clubhouse rentals, Tennis courts) are not managed by the Pool Committee — see the links on the Oxxford Hunt website for details. https://oxxfordhunt.com/resources/documents-forms/
