By registering with or attending Oxfordshire Kickabout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Oxfordshire Kickabout is an informal recreational football community for adults aged 18 and over.
Participation is entirely voluntary. By taking part, you acknowledge that football is a physical sport involving running, collisions, falls and other inherent risks that may result in injury.
You choose to participate at your own risk.
I acknowledge that participation in football carries an inherent risk of injury, illness and accidents.
I agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxfordshire Kickabout, its organiser(s), volunteers and venue providers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage arising from my participation except where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
I confirm that:
I am medically fit to participate in recreational football.
I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or medication that organisers should be aware of.
I understand it is my responsibility to keep this information up to date.
I will not participate if I believe doing so would place myself or others at unreasonable risk.
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorise Oxfordshire Kickabout organisers to:
administer appropriate first aid within the limits of their training;
contact my nominated emergency contact;
contact the emergency services whenever they believe it is necessary.
All members agree to:
Treat players, organisers and venue staff with respect.
Play fairly and safely.
Avoid reckless or dangerous challenges.
Follow organiser instructions.
Refrain from abusive, threatening, discriminatory or violent behaviour.
Oxfordshire Kickabout reserves the right to refuse entry, remove a participant from a session or terminate membership where behaviour is considered unsafe or unacceptable.
Members should only accept an event invitation if they genuinely intend to attend.
If you can no longer attend, you should update your availability in Spond as soon as possible so that another player can take your place.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during Oxfordshire Kickabout sessions for use on the club's website, social media pages and promotional material.
Members who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should inform the organiser in advance.
Members are responsible for their own clothing, footwear, valuables and other personal belongings.
Oxfordshire Kickabout accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought to sessions.
Personal information is collected for:
administering club membership;
organising football sessions;
emergency contact purposes;
communicating with members.
Information will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary in a genuine medical emergency.
Oxfordshire Kickabout may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be made available to members through Spond or other official communication channels.
Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
By registering with Oxfordshire Kickabout and attending sessions, I confirm that:

I accept the risks associated with participating in recreational football.
I confirm that I am medically fit to play.
I have provided accurate emergency contact and relevant medical information.
I agree to abide by the Oxfordshire Kickabout Code of Conduct.
I consent to the use of my personal information as described above.
I understand that organisers may administer first aid and contact emergency services if required.
I understand that photographs or videos may be taken unless I have notified the organiser that I wish to opt out.
