Please return the registration form to the office with a check made out to OPC with Retreat on the memo line before December 16th. Forms may be found in the office, Narthex, or a PDF version can be accessed here.

A registration fee will be required in order to make our retreat happen. Retreat fees for this year will be $50 per adult and $35 for children. If you are unable to cover the cost of your registration fee or room charge, please talk with Pastor Scott as we do not want anyone turned away for the inability to pay. Your retreat fee will cover the cost of the meeting room rental and events, a group ice skating session, and a group dinner off site.

Friday and Saturday daily room rates are as follows (rates will be slightly lower for Sunday evening):

• Direct oceanfront with 2 queen beds - $110

• West view or partial ocean view with 2 queen beds - $95

• Atrium view with 2 queen beds - $85

• 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo - $185

• 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo - $250

All rooms have a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffeemaker. While we are unable to have food in our meeting room, you are welcome to bring whatever food and drinks you’d like for your personal room! The hotel does have a restaurant and snack area on site plus there are many restaurants in the area to frequent.
