Rehearsal Space - Band practice, use of speakers, instruments, mics and amps.
$25/hour - Split between group
Recording demos (unmixed)= $20 flat
Live instrument Recordings - Full band recordings, direct recordings of drum set, guitars, piano, vocals etc. Studio Engineer Included
$60/hr + $30 set up fee
Vocal Booth Recordings - Mixing Vocals over recorded track.
In Studio Mastering: $35/hr Engineer rates + $50/hr Studio rates.
No Mastering:(If you wanted only basic mixing) $20/hr Engineer rates + $50/hr Studio rates.
Out of studio Mastering: (If you wanted the studio to master after the session) $65 flat/song
Producer Group Use - Use of recording software, microphones, speakers, and instruments for beat production.
$25/hour
Podcasting - Record up to 8 people on a podcast
1-4 people= $30/hr
4-8 people= $40/hr
+$25 set up fee
Mixing and Mastering For Recorded Song.
$65 flat per song
Renting of Entire Studio - Access to everything in studio
Half day = $150
Full day = $250

An Idea.
Oxford Originals began as an idea to fill a need in Oxford. Miami University has been making a come back in the music scene since Covid, and there needed to be a space for students and folks of Oxford to both record the best quality music, and for bands to rehearse live for their shows.
A Resource.
The studio serves as a reliable resource for students as well as out of town musicians to showcase their talents to the fullest potential. We've had two separate locations, worked with many student groups, podcasters, Miami University, the City of Oxford, and all genres of individual music artists.
A Music Production Company.
Oxford Originals is more than a recording studio. We rent out equipment, we do out-of-studio engineer hire, and we throw major out door music festivals ourselves, usually partnered with Miami student groups.

Lyric has been an experienced digital mixing engineer for over 8 years, as well as a music creator and performer. He is a perfectionist in music making and values artists time and unique styles. Lyric records, mixes, and masters artists for Oxford Originals, and has a prolific variety of music productions of his own.
