Studying for University
Spacial Memory
The revision Timetable from a Cambridge University doctor.
Main Studying Videos:
For most of the youtube studying videos I did watch, (instead of an occupational therapist here is Mr. Jack). Thank God for him because it helped jog my memory of how to keep studying the same, cumulatively, as before being injured in 2012. I used a blackberry bold 9700 instead of excell sheet at the time of putting in a tentative schedule, however, this video helped once I was using bb10, and it was a bit slower to load the calender at that time. That being said I used the calendar extremely heavily, using both the revision timetable as it was shown by Jack in this video. I also had watched what an occupational therapist was like on youtube and had no patience for the horrific possibility of being told to do studying, organizing and life differently than I had when I won Awards. Jack won awards. I won awards in governmental years 6 and 9. I was injured or sick in some other years. I actually had a few concussions from grades 5 through 11, however it wasn't until I turned 20 that more were discussed and diagnosed as occuring based on my neurologists opinion. This man had been quite the life saver, but also made it feel a bit less lonely to be working towards completing school once I was making sure to take the full year to in semester 1 read and go to the gym, for social, then go to class for semester 2. I took a fast track course coming out of AP, feeling I was more than well prepared at WP Wagner to complete a diploma, I just needed to know what I had to memorize for examination quotes on the written component, as well as read some books or in that case two books before writing my government essay. I scored at 86 % on the diploma for English 30-1. I scored 89 percent in Social studies on the diploma, which was a large let down. I had lower written marks, and mentioned Thatcher over and over and over again. I likely wrote a weak or too opinionated essay due to fatigue, and then had only 2 questions wrong on multiple choice. In grade 6 I had 1 wrong on the multiple choice in social, and in grade 9 had 2 wrong in social on the departmental government examination. This mark was encouraging. I debated on getting the essay remarked, however it may have already gone through up to 3 markers due to being quite a bit lower than expected. Part of me still wants to rewrite the diplomas and get in the higher 90s, however I may still require being accomodative of my own severity of injury from 2012.
