Oxford Digital Scholarship Society (OxDSS) – Registration Form
OxDSS is a new student-led society bringing together anyone at Oxford interested in digital scholarship – across all departments, divisions, and disciplines of the University.

Become a Member
If you would like to attend our internal meetings -- every Thursday 17:00-18:00 at Ian Skipper Room, St Cross College (weeks 1-8), please register as an OxDSS member.

Membership Is Free
There is no membership fee and no obligation of any kind.
Formal membership simply ensures you:
receive society updates
can attend internal events whenever you wish
are counted toward the required membership threshold
If you previously filled in our interest form, we will contact you individually.
Eligibility
As outlined in §3–7 of the OxDSS Constitution, the following groups are eligible for membership:
§3 – Automatically eligible
All student members of the University of Oxford
All persons listed on the University’s Register of Visiting Students
§6 – Additionally eligible
(a) Students registered for diplomas or certificates in the University
(b) Student members of Permanent Private Halls who are not University student members
(c) Members of Ruskin College and Ripon College, Cuddesdon
(d) Members of Oxford Brookes University
If you are not eligible as a full member (cf. below), but are a member of the university of Oxford (e.g., postdocs, staff), you can register as an associate member without voting rights. Please indicate so in the form below!
