The Oxberg Lake Estates Homeowner's Association represents a small subdivision of over 30 homes in rural Newberg, Oregon.
The Board of Director's consists of five (5) positions elected from within the private neighborhood that monitor and maintain the covenants of the association. This same Board is also tasked with oversight of the Oxberg Water Company and the community well that supplies Oxberg Lake Estates, as well as a few surrounding homes.
Dues and fees currently consist of an annual HOA assessment and contributions to fund the upkeep and repair of the private sections of road within the neighborhood.
