OwlCare by Rozarka is a tool for personal record-keeping only. It is not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your medication or treatment plan. You use the app and its data at your own risk.
Users must provide a valid email address via Google Firebase to use the app's synchronization features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
All content within the app, including the name "OwlCare by Rozarka", the mascot "Rozárka", logos, and code, is the property of Zuzana Botková and is protected by copyright laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages (including health issues) resulting from the use or inability to use the app, or from reliance on any information provided within the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account and data at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
