Our team competes against other NASP teams throughout the southern half of Minnesota.Â
Tournament season runs from January - March and most of the competitions are on Saturdays.
See the calendar page for all currently scheduled tournaments.
Activity busses are available Monday - Thursday.
Typically, there are a few days when bussing is not available, we will let you know ASAP when those dates are known.
Archers have to be signed up through Flipside to participate.
Archers not taking the bus will need to be picked up after practice, at 5 pm.
Families are responsible for transporting their student to and from tournaments.
Tournaments are all day events and only a limited number of archers can compete at a time, so the day is broken up into "flights", which is the time that each group of archers shoots.
Archers are scheduled into one flight time per tournament.
Families will be sent a sign up via email to select a time for each tournament.
In each flight archers shoot a total 30 scoring arrows.
5 arrows in each round, 6 scoring rounds.
3 rounds at 10 meters (after one practice round).
3 rounds at 15 meters (after one practice round).
Each round is tallied and the total score is calculated by adding up all six rounds.
The best an archer can shoot is a 10 point bullseye, so the highest possible score is 300.
