Nikusoft PVT Ltd. ("Nikusoft", "we", "us", or "our") operates the OVS mobile application (the "App"). OVS is a music-sharing application that allows users to create playlists, upload and publish songs, and listen to music published by other users.

OVS allows users to publish songs and playlists.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or other legal authorization to upload and publish music or other content through OVS.
OVS may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Third-party advertising providers may collect or use certain information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, or information about ad interactions, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable advertising requirements.
We do not sell or directly provide your personal information to advertisers.
