(I know it's a lot , but please read everything.)
Full Payment is required in advance or first day of visits, via venmo, zelle or cash.
This is my primary business and I truly appreciate clients honoring their scheduled bookings.
Cancelations
For cancelations, please try to give at least 30 hour advance notice, as I do have to schedule accordingly
(see below for emergency exceptions). For cancelations less than 24 hrs, the full sit fee applies.
Early Returns
If you return home earlier than planned or decide to have a friend, family member, neighbor, or another caregiver take over your pet's care during the scheduled booking, the original reservation will remain in place.
For Bookings of 5 or more days, cancellations made less than 5 days before the first visit: cancellation fee is 50% of the booking total.
Emergency Exceptions
Cancellation fees may be waived or reduced at the sitter's discretion in cases of documented emergencies, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances.
Holidays: No holiday surcharges at this time. Tips are always appreciated (for Jack, Nini and Grace care!🐱😽😼).
Apps used: I primarily use WhatsApp for photos and communication. We can also text if you are more comfortable with texting.
🚨Important: PLEASE disclose any aggression or spiciness before or at the meet and greet. Finding out by going to urgent care for antibiotics is not so fun.
🚨Important: Please note that additional medication and supplements will increase fee if there is more than one or two, and depending on if pet needs to be handled for administering.
🚨Important: Please disclose cameras! While I do expect that most pet owners have cameras to keep an eye on their fur kids, you must let me know there are cameras.
🚨Also Important: Please let me know if anyone else will be entering the home during your booking (cleaners, family members, friends, maintenance workers, etc.). Unexpected visitors or finding things have been moved can be unnerving. Knowing ahead of time helps me feel safe, prepared, and focused on caring for your cats.
