Full Payment is required in advance or first day of visits, via venmo, zelle or cash.
My prices are very reasonable for the services I provide but tips are always appreciated ☺️!
It helps me feed and medicate my own rescued fur kids - Jack, Nini and Grace.
This is my primary business and I truly appreciate clients honoring their scheduled bookings.
Early Returns
If you return home earlier than planned or decide to have a friend, family member, neighbor, or another caregiver take over your pet's care during the scheduled booking, the original reservation will remain in place.
For Bookings of 1-4 days, a non refundable deposit of 1 visit is required.
For Bookings of 5 or more days, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required.
For Bookings of 5 or more days, cancellations made less than 5 days before the first visit: cancellation fee is 50% of the booking total.
Emergency Exceptions
Cancellation fees may be waived or reduced at the sitter's discretion in cases of documented emergencies, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances.
Holidays: No holiday surcharges at this time. Tips are always appreciated (for Jack, Nini and Grace care!🐱😽😼).
Apps used: I primarily use WhatsApp for photos and communication. We can also text if you are more comfortable with texting.
🚨Important: Please disclose cameras! While I do expect that most pet owners have cameras to keep an eye on their fur kids, you must let me know there are cameras.
🚨Also Important: Please let me know if anyone else will be entering the home during your booking (cleaners, family members, friends, maintenance workers, etc.). Unexpected visitors or finding things have been moved can be startling, and knowing ahead of time helps me feel safe, prepared, and focused on caring for your cats.
Booking
Please message me the dates and if am/pm times are needed. Please include your email address and I will invite you to the dates on the calendar. I send calendar invites to confirm all dates are correct.
Note that the time scheduled may not be the precise time due to travel, appointments, etc.
Please note — if you have multiple days in a row, they are sent as recurring calendar invites. You will need to to open the invite and accept all of the recurring dates.
If there are Am and PM visits, there will be 2 sets of recurring calendar invites. I'll do my best to title them 'Am' and 'Pm'.
