We hired Odessa as an intern to help us create a social media marketing platform. At the time of her hire we only had a Facebook page and not much engagement with it, even though we posted regularly. Odessa worked her magic and our posts started receiving interaction from our customers. She also created social media platforms for us on Twitter, You Tube, Instagram and LinkedIn. I’ve gotten to know Odessa over the past few months. She’s an extremely hardworking individual who is dual-majoring while working part time and helping with her parents' trucking company. She has a can-do attitude and will go after whatever challenges present themselves—excited to see the growth and future of what’s to come for Odessa. 

I had the privilege of working with Odessa in the Accounting Lab at CVTC. She was a diligent student that came for help whenever she struggled with projects or homework assignments. She was receptive to any help that was offered to her and would come to campus for face to face assistance when needed. She was a joy to work with and always had a cheerful attitude.
