In order to participate in our classes, a waiver must be completed.
Please come to the school a few minutes before you plan on participating the first time to fill it out.

In order to provide a healthy and safe environment for our students to learn and grow, each member is asked to respect the rules of the facility, in addition to the rules of the art. Inappropriate and unethical behavior will not be tolerated. We encourage questions and expect our students to grapple with new techniques, however intentional acts to violate the rules inherent in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will not be permitted at this school.
