What time do meets normally start?
Weekday meets normally start at 3:30 or 4PM with Field Events. Running Events normally start 30-45 minutes later.
What is a 4 x 100 or 4 x 200 etc.?
A "4 x" is a relay event. For example, in a 4 x 200 - 4 athletes will run 200-meters consecutively - totally 800-meters. It is also called the 800-m relay.
