Welcome to Face Harmony AI ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Face Harmony AI mobile application and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Face Harmony AI provides AI-generated ratings, observations, and improvement suggestions about facial appearance based on photos you choose to submit. The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not provide professional advice.
2. Not Professional Advice
The App does not provide:
medical or dermatological advice
cosmetic, surgical, or aesthetic-procedure advice
mental health treatment or psychological therapy
nutrition or fitness advice
All content generated by the App is automated, approximate, and intended to be fun. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional guidance, and it is not an objective or scientific measure of attractiveness or worth.
Appearance-related content can affect people differently. If the App's content causes you distress, or if you experience concerns related to body image, self-esteem, or conditions such as body dysmorphic disorder, please stop using the App and consider speaking with a licensed professional.
You agree that you use the App at your own discretion and risk.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
the photos you choose to submit
ensuring you have the right to submit any photo you upload
decisions you make based on App output
You must not upload photos of another person without their consent, or photos of minors. We are not responsible for outcomes of real-world actions taken based on App responses.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Subscriptions & Payments (Apple Requirements)
The App offers paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases.
Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage Subscription
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly. Apple's refund policy applies: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
6. Free Trials (if applicable)
If a free trial is offered:
Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless canceled before the trial expires.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
upload photos of any person without their consent
upload photos of minors
harass, bully, demean, or rate others without their knowledge
generate abusive or illegal content
submit sensitive personal data of third parties without consent
attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
8. AI-Generated Content
Ratings, scores, and suggestions are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate in some situations. Results are for entertainment; they are not a measurement of beauty, health, or value, and the same photo may produce different results at different times. We do not guarantee correctness, reliability, or real-world outcomes. The App should not be used for high-risk decisions, including decisions about cosmetic procedures.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, design, text, software, and branding are owned by [Your Company Name] and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without permission. You retain all rights to the photos you submit.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
emotional distress
self-esteem or body-image outcomes
social consequences
decisions made based on the App, including cosmetic or medical decisions
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling your subscription.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
