1. Summary

FOUNDER is a free, ad-supported single-player game published by SR-TEK Limited. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ourselves collect your name, email, or contact details through the game. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The main data processing that happens is by our advertising provider, Google AdMob, so that we can show ads and keep the game free.

2. Information processed

Stored on your device only (not sent to us):

• Your game progress (which stages you have unlocked). This never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the app.

Processed by our advertising partner (Google AdMob / Google): to serve ads, Google may process device and usage information such as: a device advertising identifier, IP address, approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address, device type and settings, diagnostic information, and interactions with ads. Google processes this data under its own policies. See Google's How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store this advertising data ourselves; we only receive aggregate, non-identifying reporting such as total impressions and revenue.

3. Advertising and your choices

• Personalised vs non-personalised ads. Where required (including in the UK and EEA), you will be shown a consent prompt when you first open the game (via Google's User Messaging Platform). You can choose whether to allow personalised ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but non-personalised ones.

• Changing your choice. You can change your ad-consent choice at any time in your device settings — on Android via Settings → Google → Ads, and on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.

• iOS App Tracking Transparency. On iOS you will be asked whether the app may track you across other apps and websites. You can decline, and can change this later in iOS Settings.

4. Legal bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

• Consent — for personalised advertising and, on iOS, for tracking, based on the choices you make in the consent prompt.

• Legitimate interests — for showing non-personalised ads and basic aggregate measurement necessary to run a free game, balanced against your rights.

5. Children

FOUNDER is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where a user is identified as a child, only non-personalised ads are served and tracking is disabled. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at support@sr-tek.com and we will act promptly.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by Google as described above for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. We may disclose information if required by law.

7. International transfers

Google may process data outside the UK/EEA. Google states that it relies on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers; see Google's privacy policy linked above.

8. Retention

On-device progress is kept until you clear it or uninstall the app. We hold only aggregate ad reporting, which contains no information identifying you.

9. Your rights

Subject to UK/EU GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it. As the game holds no account or personal data about you, requests about advertising data should generally be directed to Google. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

10. Security

We rely on the operating system's app sandboxing and on Google's security for ad delivery. All ad data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change and, where appropriate, we will highlight material changes in the app or store listing.
