Privacy Policy

Due to the usage of the RECORD_AUDIO permission, Overpick is required to transparently disclose the usage of such feature, so here it is:

• Overpick is an application for Android devices, owned by Andrea Nasuelli (andotdev on the Play Store)
• Overpick records audio exclusively on demand for the sole purpose of performing in-app voice-commands in substitution to traditional touchscreen interaction
• The aforementioned recorded data is immediately discarded, it is not permanently saved anywhere, not even on the user’s device
• Overpick does not ever transmit any personal data over the internet or via other means and it does not even locally collect or ask the user to input any of it
• Overpick is not responsible for any other use the Android operating system or the Android voice recognition library might do with the recorded audio
• This privacy policy is effective from December 19th 2018 onward
