Cognitima ("we," "us," or "our") built the Overachiever app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
Overachiever is designed with privacy in mind. All of your personal data — including goals, actions, time tracking history, settings, and scores — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
The App stores the following data locally on your device using on-device storage:
Goals and actions you create
Time tracking sessions and daily history
Achievement scores and statistics
App settings and preferences
Trial start date
This data never leaves your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not transmitted to any server.
If you choose to make an in-app purchase, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service, to process and verify your purchase. RevenueCat may collect:
Purchase history and transaction records
An anonymous device identifier to manage your entitlement
This data is transmitted to RevenueCat's servers solely to verify your purchase status and manage your Pro entitlement. We do not receive or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers). RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
We do not collect:
Personal information (name, email address, phone number, or physical address)
Location data
Contacts or calendar data
Photos, videos, or audio
Browsing or search history
Analytics or usage data
Advertising identifiers
Health or fitness data
The App uses local notifications to remind you about your goals and break timers. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external push notification servers.
All app data is stored locally on your device using encrypted on-device storage. Purchase verification data transmitted to RevenueCat is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:
Clearing the App's data from your device's Settings (Settings > Apps > Overachiever > Storage > Clear Data)
Uninstalling the App
Overachiever does not require you to create an account. There is no login, registration, or authentication of any kind.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any user, the App is safe for users of all ages.
The only third-party service used by the App is:

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or crash reporting services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
