Below is all of the main info. Everything you need to know is here, but if you have any other questions or concerns, just email us at  overthemoon.bristol@outlook.com and we will happily answer your question.

Delivery: Deliveries can take up to one month so, it is a good idea to order in advance. We only ship to places inside of the United Kingdom. We can deliver when you are out of the house, but you need to provide us with a safe place to keep your package, and your payment. If your house is outside of Bristol, you may need to mail us the cash payment, and we will have to mail you the package, due to long distance.

Returns: If you are not happy with your product, sadly, we cannot offer returns. When you pay for the product, it is now in your hands. Please consider this before purchasing!

Damaged Products: We will not knowingly give you a damaged product at any point, but if we see your package to be broken or damaged, we may be able to fix it as long as it is before you have paid.

Payment: You must tell us your address through email, and we will email you the day we are delivering your product. Payment is only in cash unfortunately, and should be paid in person, or through mail right before the product is handed over to you.

Prices: Prices are all found on various pages under the image of the product - they are fixed prices and cannot be negotiated by the customer or us. Over time, prices may increase slightly, due to inflation rates, but we will be sure to make it clear on the website, and we will never increase the product amount when you have ordered, but not paid.

We cannot: Change prices for you, or create pieces that can link to politics, religion, or innapropriate behaviour. We hope you understand.

Remember: This is a small, informal teenage business and the only thing we are looking to do is please you, so you can get the memento you would like from a business who really cares.
