Outrank Training Solutions provides professional firearms training for individuals seeking their Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL), Ohio Concealed Handgun License (CHL), and concealed carry education. All courses are taught by a USCCA Certified Instructor Brenon Dean and meet the training requirements needed prior to applying for a concealed carry license.
