Role of the Assistant Artistic Director is to take meeting minutes, head the play selection committee when picking shows for our upcoming season, and communicating and assisting the Artistic Directors
Company ManagerÂ
Role of the Company Manager is to book the spaces for events, rehearsals and auditions. They run things on the administrative side of auditions, communicate with directors, and are in charge of the OOTB calendar and website
Assistant Company Manager
Makes the programs for all shows and communicates with directorsÂ
Business Manager
Handles all of OOTB's finances
Fundraising Chairs
In charge of planing all events to help raise money for OOTB shows and engage the greater OCU community
Co-Head Liasons
The role of the liasons are to help actors, directors, and crew communicate and bring their concerns to the committee during the shows rehearsal process. They draft and present all contracts to cast and crew
New Member Coordinator
Role of the New Member Coordinator is to work with all new committee members and helps assist their transitions into their new roles within the committee
Marketing Head
In charge of managing the OOTB Instagram and creating all promotional materials
