1. Try to run outlook as an administrator:

3. Terminate office related processes in the Task Manager:

To open the Task Manager, use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

When outlook is opened, click on the file tab and then check for options

Scroll till you see display option, and then check for disable hardware graphic acceleration
Then click on ok, try to launch outlook without using safe mode
5. Try to recover your corrupted files:
If one or more of Outlook’s files are corrupt, Outlook won’t operate correctly. This may cause Outlook stuck on Loading Profile. Using a program located in the Outlook installation directory, you can repair Outlook files.
Click on Properties from the context menu of the Outlook shortcut. By doing so, the Properties window will open.
Press the Open File Location button under the Shortcut tab. The installation directory will be opened.
Open SCANPST.EXE after finding it. When launched, the Microsoft Outlook Inbox Repair Tool will request a file to scan and fix.
Select Browse, then select the directory with the below name: C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
Replace username with your name
Click Start after selecting the profile you want to repair. OST files are used to store the profiles. Now the application will begin checking the file for mistakes.
Click OK when SCANPST is completed scanning and fixing.
Start Outlook.
