We are located at 388 N Oak St. Manteno, IL 60950. We offer a variety of classes that can help people of all ages to feel more confident in life or in the cage. We train everyone from those just looking to get in shape to those looking to make a career in professional fighting!

Classes:

Striking: Our striking class combines aspects from boxing, kickboxing/muay thai, and MMA striking.

Grappling: Our grappling class combines aspects from brazilian jiu jitsu and wrestling to create a modern style of No Gi grappling.

Kids Class: Our kids program teaches the fundamentals of striking and grappling to teach them hard work, discipline, and self confidence. Recommended ages 5-13 years old.

Competition Team Practices: Our competition team practices are geared for our fight team members to prepare for up coming fights and tournaments, these are only for those who are interested in competing and/or are interested in helping their teammates prepare for competitions. THESE PRACTICES ARE INVITE ONLY!!!!
