# Privacy Policy Update for Face Data
Use the following section names and text in the live privacy policy linked from the app and App Store Connect.
## Section: Photos and Face Data You Provide
Outfitter allows you to upload a person photo that may contain facial features or face data. We use this photo only to generate the virtual try-on result you request. Outfitter does not use face data for biometric identification, face recognition, profiling, or template creation.
## Section: How We Use Try-On Inputs
When you request a virtual try-on, we process the selected person photo, garment photo, and styling prompt only to create the output image you asked for and to make that output available inside your account and app library.
## Section: Third-Party AI Processing
To generate try-on results, Outfitter sends the selected person photo, garment photo, and styling prompt to fal.ai, our third-party AI processing provider, through our backend. fal.ai is used only to perform the image generation requested by the user.
Outfitter only shares this data with processors acting on our instructions and required to protect the data with the same or equivalent privacy and security safeguards described in this policy.
## Section: Storage and Retention
We store generated results, related account or device identifiers, and app records on your device and in Google Firebase/Firestore so you can reopen, sync, and delete them later. Uploaded photos and generated try-on results remain available until you delete them or delete your account.
## Section: Your Controls
Before the first try-on request, Outfitter asks for permission before sending photos that may contain face data to fal.ai. You can also delete saved photos, generated results, or your account at any time.
