• Automatically Collected Information:

  • Device Information: Unique device identifiers, device type, and operating system.

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our App, such as features used and session times.

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To Provide Core Services: We use your selfie, profile information, and clothing photos to generate personalized AI outfit recommendations.

• To Improve Our App: To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI algorithms and user experience.

• To Manage Your Account: To process subscription payments and manage your access to premium features.

• To Provide Support: To respond to your requests and provide customer and technical assistance.

3. Face Data Processing

This section details our handling of the selfie photograph you provide, which constitutes sensitive face data.

• What We Collect: We collect one (1) selfie photograph that you choose to upload.

• Purpose of Use: The sole purpose of collecting this selfie is to serve as a base image for our AI to generate new, composite images of you wearing different outfits. The AI model uses your facial features to ensure the final generated image is realistic and personalized to you. Your face data is never used for user identification, authentication, marketing, or advertising.

• Third-Party Sharing: To perform the AI generation, we securely transmit your selfie photograph to Google's Gemini AI service via our secure backend. Google uses the image only to perform the generation task as instructed and does not retain it for other purposes.

• Data Storage and Retention: We have a strict and distinct retention policy for your face data:

  • Your Original Selfie Photograph: Your original selfie is NEVER stored on our servers. It is used ephemerally (in-memory) for the single transaction of generating an outfit and is permanently deleted immediately after the AI generation process is successfully completed.

  • AI-Generated Outfit Images: The final images created by the AI, which contain your likeness, ARE stored on our secure Cloudflare servers. This is necessary to allow you to view, save, and manage these images in the "My Gallery" section of the App. These generated images are retained as long as your account is active or until you request their deletion.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement strong security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Our backend infrastructure is built on Cloudflare, providing a secure and scalable environment.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AI Processing (Google Gemini): For image analysis and outfit generation as described in the "Face Data Processing" section.

• Payment Processing (Apple App Store): To securely manage subscriptions. We do not process or store your payment information directly.

• Cloud Infrastructure (Cloudflare): For secure data processing and storage of generated content.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: Request copies of your personal data

• Correction: Update or correct your information

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data

• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
