• Comfortable- I treat every dog that comes into my care as if it were my own. I believe that no dog is the same and every dog learns and reacts to things differently. I cater my services differently to every pup I come across. I never assume against dog breeds. I believe that every dog has become who they are because of their past.
• Connected- I send multiple pictures and updates to every dog's parents. I am completely honest when it comes to updates because it is your right to know every single thing your dog does with me.
• The same- I know that every dog has a different way of understanding things. I always ask dog parents their way of training and I follow that method.
