The creative team at Our Season to Bloom would love to collaborate with local businesses for our fashion show event on Friday, May 13th at the Hyland Hills Ski Chalet (we are expecting 150 guests)! We are looking for interested vendors for two unique opportunities:
We are looking to collaborate with local businesses to provide items small items for gift bags (x150)! Our Season to Bloom would love to feature your business on our social media pages, on our website, within media coverage and press related to the event, in marketing materials, and at the event itself. At the event, OSB plans to include all vendors in the programs and within the looped slideshow playing both before and after the show. These vendor descriptions would include bios or brief descriptions of the business, marketing materials, social media accounts or websites, and photos!

We are interested in working with small businesses who would like to have a booth at the show itself! The cost for a booth would be $125 for an approximate 2.5 hour window! Vendor passes would last from the time the doors open (6:30 pm) until the venue is cleared after the show (around 9:00 pm). Vendors with a pass would be allowed to sell items to guests at the show and promote themselves via marketing materials. OSB would also promote all vendors purchasing passes on our social media pages, on our website, within media coverage and press related to the event, in marketing materials, and at the event itself. At the event, OSB plans to include all vendors in the programs and within the looped slideshow playing both before and after the show. These vendor descriptions would include bios or brief descriptions of the business, marketing materials, social media accounts or websites, and photos!
